These terms apply to the Salts Gone® Texts program, run by Custom Chemicals and Coatings, LLC, the company behind Salts Gone®.

1. What you're signing up for

When you sign up for Salts Gone® Texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Salts Gone® at the mobile number you provide. These texts may include:

• Sales, discounts, and special offers
• New product announcements
• Product tips and how-to information
• Reminders about items left in your cart

2. How to sign up

You can sign up by entering your mobile number in the sign-up pop-up on saltsgone.com and submitting the form. The consent language is shown right under the phone number field. After you sign up, we'll text you to confirm. Reply Y to that text to finish signing up.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from us without signing up.

3. How often we text

Message frequency varies.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan. Salts Gone® does not charge you for texts.

5. How to stop texts

Reply STOP to any text from us at any time. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You'll get one final text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then we'll stop texting you. If you want to sign up again, just sign up the same way you did the first time.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any text from us. You can also email info@saltsgone.com or call 832-242-1147 during business hours.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Your number and privacy

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, your SMS opt-in, or your consent status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

You agree to tell us if you change or give up the mobile number you signed up with. If you do, reply STOP from that number before you stop using it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
